| Review by Laura McGregor: Many of our friends at church have gone to J&D for years and have always been treated right. Over the years, I have sent other friends and co-workers to J&D to get work done, or for a second opinion. We typically do our own maintenance and repair, but after changing our shocks and struts ourselves we needed an alignment. So I called J&D to make an appointment. They took us right on time, finished faster than I expected and even fixed a winter tire I had in my truck, which I originally planned to take to place where I bought it after leaving J&D. They have robust Covid-19 protocols in place, so in addition to being treated professionally and politely, we felt completely safe. |

| Review by Marta Drzewiecki: They did an on-the-spot assessment. When Denis did not hear the noise, Jim took it for a test drive. There was a chair outside to sit on; they gave me a bottle of ice water; they unplugged my heat pump and told me how to dry the footwell; they showed me what the problem was; they demonstrated that all the tires spun freely except the right front tire and gave me an estimate for the costs. They were very friendly and had a sense of hmour. We joked around about "no noise", and after the service they told me it was the heat shield. We laughed, I wasn't crazy. They replaced a burnt light - that I was not aware of. |
