| Review by Illesha St Helene Uko: I took my 2012 Q5 Audi in to diagnose recurring low oil pressure and engine oil indicator lights around December 2025. It was suggested I try a NAPA Autopro location by family as I was struggling to find an answer to this issue. Without fail J&D were able to provide me with a detailed explanation of the issue; valve cloaking. FINALLY! An answer to an issue that no other mechanic was able to pinpoint. Even more importantly, I was given a detailed explanation of what it was, how to fix it (they were transparent about the fact that this was not their area of expertise) and potential costs from their experience. Not only did I feel validated, I also felt like I was truly understood and taken seriously. Thank you so much to Serge for your thorough assessment and patience in helping me figure out this issue. I''ll be coming back to the shop from now on for everything and anything relating to my car. I trust your judgment and felt well taken care of. Thank you again! |

Not only did he save me money, he walked me through the plan so I understood what was going to get done and when they got to it they did it almost as quick as Santa covers the globe! Great job guys.
